We will produce a tangible, three-dimensional model that will accurately reflect the physical dimensions of the finished design. The model is designed to look and feel just like the finished, real product. This will be used to physically verify that the proposed design can be easily assembled and work with the other components.

The model allows engineers to verify the design for initial assembly, as well as for disassembly and maintenance. It can be used for testing and quality control. It can further be used by marketing as a highly representative finished product for promotion, presentation and focus group research while allowing all departments the opportunity to provide valuable feedback while it is still cost-effective to make design changes.

Additional product features such as textures, paint and inserts are possible that result in a model that is virtually identical to the real, finished product.
