As part of our commitment to continuous improvement, we end every project with a Customer Satisfactory Survey, where we address issues such as technical support and problem solving, on-time delivery, quotation response and more. We end each project this way, but the survey is just one more tool we use to maintain, reinforce and support positive, long-term, working relationships with all of our customers.
